How do I add a case coordinator to a case?

Give a case coordinator access to your Qase files

A legal assistant, paralegal or other administrative staff will have access to your files in Qase through their case coordinator account. 

Send us the name and email addressed of the person in your firm and the Qase team will create a case coordinator account for them

You can:

  • Choose a case coordinator to be added automatically to every new case

  • Add a case coordinator manually to a case at anytime


Choose a case coordinator to be added automatically to every new case:

Sign in go to My Account and click on Case Coordinator:

Go to the case:

Go to Case Details > Case Summary and scroll down to Invite Coordinator:

Click FIND and add coordinator to the case. You can then view them on the Client & Team page

You can remove a coordinator from a case at any time.
