Navigate to Profile > Business Hours to connect your calendar to your Qase account and select the days and hours you are available for clients to book appointments with you.

You will be prompted to sign into your Gmail account:
You may be prompted to give permission to Qase to 'read' your calendar events. Qase only 'reads' your calendar to search for free time, none of your calendar details or information is viewed or shared anywhere.
When the authentication step is complete, you will be redirected back to the Business Hours page.
You can now set your business hours.
How to connect to Office 365:

In Qase your business hours represent the days and times that you are available for prospective clients to book a free consultation and for clients you are currently working with to book appointments.
Don't want to take any consultations or appointments on Mondays? Select the Closed check box on Monday and you will not be available. If you have other scheduled appointments during your business hours not related to Qase that will be reflected in your Qase availability, you'll only receive appointment requests when you want to.
Qase can only check your primary calendar for conflicts. Qase cannot check sub-calendars or shared calendars on your connected calendar.
How to connect to iCloud
- Go to appleid.com
- Sign in with your Apple ID credentials and generate a password that will be used to establish a connection between your iCal and Qase
- Under ‘Security’ > App-Specific Passwords click ‘Generate password..’ (If you don’t see this option, make sure you have Two Factor authentication turned ON)
- Enter a password label and click Create
- Make note of the app-specific password and select Done
- Sign into www.qase.ca go to My Account > Business Hours > Click on iCal icon
How to connect to Exchange:
- Enter your email address, password and Exchange server

If you need your Exchange server information, ask your IT department or check your Outlook settings:
- On iPhone - In Settings, select Accounts, then Exchange.
- On a Mac - Select Preferences, then Accounts.
- On Windows - Select File, then Account settings.
How do I change my business hours when I am not available?
You can edit your business hours at any time, or block off time in your personal calendar.
Qase searches the free/busy time in your personal calendar only on the days and times set in your Business Hours:
The permission you authorize when connecting your calendar to Qase, enables searching with your business hours.
Outlook users that create an All-day appointment and change the appointment to show as Busy, will be read as busy in Qase:
