If you do not want to meet with a client who has made a request for a consultation, decline the pending case request.
After you have received and reviewed a consultation request you may decide to decline the request and not meet with the client for a consultation. You only need to decline the new case request, this will also decline the consultation appointment.
Navigate to the CASE DETAILS and review the details of the request. Decline the case by selecting Decline from the case status drop down:
Or, if you still want to connect with the client for a consultation but do not want to accept the appointment at the requested time:
change the case request from Pending to Review and reschedule the appointment
