What contact details are required for my account?

You'll need to provide Qase with contact details and identification so we can activate your account.

When you are signed into Qase, navigate to 'My Account' from the drop down menu in your profile picture in the top right corner of the screen. You will need to enter your Mailing Address, upload an image of a piece of government issued ID and a image of your signature.

To enter this information or make any changes to your contact information, hit the EDIT button. Once you have entered your information, hit SAVE
