How do I reschedule a consultation request?

Pending or accepted appointments can be rescheduled

Sign in and navigate to the Appointments & Tasks screen, select Reschedule from the appointment status drop down:


Select a new time and hit SUBMIT REQUEST

Resched.2The rescheduled appointment request is sent to your client and remains pending until they have accepted it. Message your client and let them know you have rescheduled the appointment:
