Quickly and easily respond to new consultation requests from the Dashboard.
When a client initiates a consultation request a new case for review is also created. You will be notified of the new case request and the initial consultation request.
In your email inbox you will receive two emails: one for the new case request for review, and one for the new appointment request for the initial consultation:

Sign into your Qase account to view your Pending request on the dashboard in the Preview window:
From the Preview window view the client contact information, opposing party and select Reveal to read the description of the client's legal issue:
Change the case status from Pending to Review
Accept the initial consultation appointment:
If you need to change the requested appointment time you can reschedule it or decline the appointment and send your client a new appointment request.
